Problem
Safe enough for first-timers, powerful enough for pros
Make fractional property ownership feel accessible and trustworthy to first time investors while giving experienced investors the data density and trading controls they need to manage and exit positions confidently. The secondary market had to feel like a natural part of the portfolio, not a separate product.

Mapped every state a user could hit before touching Figma. Empty, loading, error, and edge cases across every flow. Every design decision came back to one insight: users are not afraid of the product, they are afraid of making a mistake with their money.

Property listings surface yield, funding progress, and key metrics upfront. A detailed view layers in performance history, cost breakdown, and rental distribution for users who want to go deeper before committing.

The investment flow is guided and transparent. Users set their amount with quick shortcuts, see estimated monthly rent and projected returns in real time, and confirm in one action with all fees visible before commitment.

Sell without leaving your portfolio
The My Blocks portfolio view shows every holding with fair value per block, gain since purchase, and total value. The sell flow is inline so users never leave their portfolio to list a block for sale.

Every listing benchmarked against fair value
Every listing in the secondary marketplace is benchmarked against fair value combining original block price, accrued rental income, and market appreciation. Color coding makes it scannable instantly. Green means below fair value. Gold means premium.

A full investment platform with property discovery, portfolio management, wallet, and a peer to peer secondary market that gave investors real liquidity and turned a buy and hold product into an active investment platform with flexible entry and exit.
